1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bildur (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bildur is a DTC intelligence platform that generates advertorial content. We provide customer research, synthetic audience testing, and AI-generated copywriting. The Service is provided “as is” — output quality depends on input data and AI model performance.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One account per person or entity unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to generate advertorial content for your own products and marketing. You may not:

  • Generate misleading health claims, illegal content, or content that violates advertising regulations.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our AI models or proprietary systems.
  • Resell the Service or generated content as a competing service.
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Advertorials generated through your account are yours to use commercially.
  • The Bildur platform, AI models, component library, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
  • Customer research data and synthetic panel methodologies are proprietary to Bildur.

6. Payment Terms

  • Pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Founding member pricing is locked for the lifetime of a continuous subscription.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of charge.

7. Content and Advertising Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that generated advertorials comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines and any local equivalents. Bildur does not guarantee that generated content meets specific regulatory requirements. You should review all generated content before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Bildur is not liable for the performance of advertorials or marketing campaigns.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your access to generated content will be retained for 30 days for export.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
